About Pastor Tony

 

 

 

Pastor Anthony Mazzella, LCSW graduated from Andrews University with a Master of Arts in theology and secondary education.
He is an ordained minister in the Seventh-day Adventist Church and has served as a pastor-teacher-counselor for the Greater NY Conference since 1984.
He successfully completed 2 years of pastoral counseling clinical training at the Blanton-Peale Institutes of Religion and Health in New York City.


He also completed two clinical internships; one at The Fifth Avenue Center for Counseling and Psychotherapy in New York City and the other at New York Hospital – Cornell Medical Center’s Psychiatric Division in White Plains.
Pastor Mazzella is also a New York State certified social worker and graduate of Yeshiva University with a Master of Social Work degree in 1994.
His professional memberships have included: The National Association of Social Workers, American Association of Christian Counselors and Focus on the Family Association.

Pastor Tony is also an accomplished classical guitarist with a BS degree in Music from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York. He received a full scholarship in guitar from the Westchester Conservatory of Music and was awarded a Professional Artist Diploma in 1983.
